PLATFORM

Primary area of interest is the tax burden on the residents of Missouri.  We are taxing our best natural resources right out of the state… our people.   Young families must be able to do more than survive financially; they must be allowed to prosper.  Senior citizens should receive the social security due to them without once again being taxed on that income.  While it is understood that government needs money to provide the services set forth in our constitution, programs provided by the government that are unnecessary, should be limited and controlled by strict budgetary oversight.

Modifies and adds provisions relating to the Eleventh Judicial Circuit

Modifies provisions relating to certain gaming admission fees

Modifies provisions relating to cemeteries.

Allows licensed bond agents to hold certain elective offices

Establishes general requirements for school board meetings

Requires the department of revenue to establish a database that tracks convictions for certain titling and registration offenses

Establishes an optional license plate sticker for persons who have a driver's license with a deaf or hard of hearing notation

Establishes the Subdivision Property Owners' Protection Act
